Custom printed ribbon products are a direct reflection of your company or organization. We want to ensure that your message or identity is crisp, clean and consistent. Your corporate identity will be imprinted in an area 9-1/2" long (or less) continuously over the length of each roll of ribbon. Although we use state of the art printing processes, the final product will only look as good as the artwork submitted to us. For these reasons, we list our requirements for submitting artwork below.

7/8" Wide Ribbon - 11/16" High X 9-1/2" Long, or less
1-1/2" Wide Ribbon - 1-1/4" High X 9-1/2" Long, or less
2-1/4" Wide Ribbon - 2-1/16" High X 9-1/2" Long, or less

The image you send us should be sized and repeated exactly as you would like it to appear on your ribbon, including your logo repeated at least twice with the exact amount of space between each logo.

Image Programs In Order of Preference
Adobe Illustrator® - (Preferably saved as vector art)
Adobe Photoshop® - (.psd format)

Fonts
It is critical that your artwork include the exact font which you would like to appear on your ribbon.

Printing Process

We provide five different printing processes. Please call us to discuss the best printing option for your project. Our minimum order quantities are as follows:

• Hot Stamp Printing – 1,000 yards
• Embossed Printing – 5,000 yards
• Screen Printing – 5,000 yards
• Raised Ink Printing – 5,000 yards
• Transfer Printing – 10,000 yards

Expected Delivery Times
4 - 8 weeks for production plus shipping time.

Multi-Color Printing
We must review your artwork first before approval. Then we can assess the job and provide you with a quotation.

Important Note
The colors and textures of any ribbons or other products on this website compared to our actual product may vary depending upon the computer hardware and software used to view the product as well as dye lot variations. We are not responsible for colors not matching the intended use nor for variations in size, texture and quality and we do not accept returns on this basis.

4. Imprint Color – We can match most Pantone colors or sample swatches for your imprint color. For Hot Stamp projects, only, we can use any of the foil colors below. We DO NOT recommend Hot Stamp printing on either Grosgrain or Solitaire.
   
   
5. Hot Stamp Foil Type - We can provide you with two types of imprinting. Please choose from one of the following:
   1. Matte , which is a dull finish with little gloss or luster, and
   2. Metallic , which provides a shiny, metallic, glossier finish.
6. Hot Stamp Foil Colors - Imprinting is available in a wide range of colors in both Matte and Metallic foil. Please feel free to choose from the following:
   1. Matte - White, Black, Matte Silver, Grey, Dusty Rose, Festive Fuchsia, Azalea, Red, Copen, Sapphire, Sulphur Blue, Electric Blue, Blueberry, Lt. Navy, Spring Green, Exotic Aqua, Jade Blue, Forrest, Bright Yellow, Orange, Venetian Red, Purple, Redwood, Brown, Nu-Rust, Sable, Old Gold and Tan.
