Is your site secure?
  The Ribbon Retreat Wholesale uses industry standard SSL encryption to ensure that privacy is maintained with each and every customer transaction.  When you enter your credit card information it is transmitted to us in an encrypted or scrambled format which is 100% secure.  We maintain only the last four digits of your credit card number for our records.

Do you send out samples of your ribbons?  Yes.  We make samples available to you in two ways. If you would like to see all of the available colors for a particular pattern, you can purchase a Color Chart which will contain an approximately one inch strip of ribbon for each color we maintain in inventory for a particular pattern. We have grosgrain and satin samples available on our retail site at http://www.theribbonretreat.com/Catalog/samples.aspx .   If you are interested in a particular color/pattern different than grosgrain or satin, we will make available a one yard Swatch of ribbon for $2.10.  Please email Kayla at kayla@theribbonretreatwholesale.com.

Do you have a minimum order? There is a $35 minimum order.
 
In what yardage increments do you sell ribbon? Our ribbons are sold by the roll in a wide variety of lengths, or put-ups. Depending upon the pattern, color and width combination you are interested in, our put-ups may range from 10 yards all the way up to 500 yards.

How do I place an order online?  Ordering from The Ribbon Retreat Wholesale is as easy as 1-2-3. Please create an account, which is free.  Once you have located a product you are interested in purchasing, click on color, width, roll size and quantity associated with that item. Then click on "Add to Cart". The item will then be transferred to your on-line shopping cart. Once all the items you wish to order have been transferred to your shopping cart, you are ready to check out. Click on the "Shopping Cart" button located at the top of the page. At this time, you can follow the easy to understand prompts on our secure online ordering form to complete the checkout process.

Do you take phone orders?   Yes, we will take your order over the phone if this is a more comfortable method for you.   Just call us at (208) 357-3887.

What do I do if I am having trouble ordering? 
 We do everything we can to ensure that shopping with us is as simple and pleasant as possible. What types of ribbons and other products do you carry?  Wow!  Where do we begin?  We carry woven-edge products as well as Rattail™ Satin Cord, bows and rosettes. With over 200 different patterns in inventory and thousands of width and color combinations to go along with those patterns, we at The Ribbon Retreat Wholesale believe we can find a ribbon product to fit your specific needs whether you are in the packaging, apparel, craft or any other industry. Please use the SEARCH feature located at the top of each web page to assist you in locating the specific ribbon or pattern number you are seeking.

How do I find out the status of my order? Once you have successfully completed your online order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. If at any time you need information concerning the status of your order, you can go to "My Account" once you have logged in to our website.  Here you can view your account information, the status of existing orders (including UPS tracking numbers), past orders, billing history, and the patterns which you have most recently purchased. Am I guaranteed to receive every item on my order?  We do our very best to make sure that every one of our customers receives each and every item they ordered. There are instances, however, in which a particular ribbon pattern will become sold out due to high demand.  Please understand that we cannot guarantee that all items on your order will be available. We make every effort to ensure that our inventory is as accurate as possible.

What if an item I ordered is backordered?   If an item is backordered, you can either wait for it to come back in stock, request a different color to replace the backordered item, or we can refund you.  It you choose to wait for the backordered item, it will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
