- We will accept returns
within 30 days of original purchase. In some cases, a 20% re-stocking
fee will apply.
- For a return, you will need to send an email to kayla@theribbonretreatwholesale.com with what you would like to return and the reason for returning it. You will then be given a return authorization number and the address of where to return the ribbon.
- Every computer monitor
varies. If you
are unsure of a color, please order ribbon samples from "The Ribbon
Retreat".
