  • Photographic digital printing is the process of painting fabric by transferring a design from digital paper with heat and pressure. This is our most durable method of printing and can be machine washed and dry cleaned.

    Details:

  • In screen printing, wet ink is applied to the ribbon through a screen. Screen printing is flat, while puff printing is dimensional. Both are durable prints and hold up well when washed.

    Details:

    • Minimum order length is 3,000 yards.
    • Width range of 1/4 inch print on 3/8 inch ribbon to 2-7/8 inch print on 3 inch ribbon.
    • Production time is 5 weeks after approval of strike-off.
    • This is a 1 to 3 color printing process.
    • Specialty inks available: crystallina glitter, puff, glow in the dark and metallic.
    • This type of printing is excellent for packaging, gift baskets and logo ribbons.

  • The hot stamp printing process presses a dry foil onto the ribbon withheat and pressure. A good choice for short runs, this printing method can achieve a highly metallic look.

    Details:

    • Minimum order length is 1,000 yards per continuous substrate.
    • Width range of 1/4 inch to 3 inches.
    • Production time is 3 weeks after approval of strike-off.
    • This is a 1 to 3 color printing process with a dry foil.
    • This type of printing is excellent for custom logos, gift baskets and floral arrangements.

  • Heat transfer printing is the process of printing fabric by transferring a design from paper with heat and pressure. Our most durable method of printing, heat transfer printing is both machine washable and can be dry cleaned.

    Details:

    • Minimum order length is 5,000 yards for custom designs and 1,000 yards for stock designs.
    • Width range of 5/8 inch to 4 inches.
    • Production time is 5 weeks after approval of strike-off.
    • This is an up to 6 color printing process.
    • This type of printing is excellent for apparel and high end packaging applications.

  • Flexo printed ribbon uses flexible plates to apply ink to the ribbon. This process is economical and extremely durable. Great for short runs. Ribbon can be machine washed as well.

    • Minimum order length is 2,000 yards.
    • Width range of 1/8 inch to 4 inch print on 5 inches.
    • Production time is 4 weeks after approval of strike-off.
    • This is an up to 6 color printing process.
    • This type of printing is excellent for apparel, floral arrangement and packaging.

  • In custom dye orders, dye is matched to color standards provided by the customer, such as Pantone Color Standards or color chips.

    Details:

    • Minimum order amount and width ranges available vary.
    • Available for woven polyester ribbon, acetate ribbon, and more.
    • Customer can provide PMS numbers as color standards, but color chips are preferred.
    • Custom dying is ideal for matching your brand colors.
