Do you have a catalog?  The website is our catalog.  Everything you see is available for purchase.

Is your site secure?   The Ribbon Retreat Wholesale uses industry standard SSL encryption to ensure that privacy is maintained with each and every customer transaction.  When you enter your credit card information it is transmitted to us in an encrypted or scrambled format which is 100% secure.  We maintain only the last four digits of your credit card number for our records.

Do you send out samples of your ribbons?  Yes.  We have grosgrain and satin samples available at The Ribbon Retreat for $.40/sample.  Click HERE to order samples!  If you are interested in a sample in a pattern other than grosgrain or satin, please email Kayla at kayla@theribbonretreatwholesale.com.  We also have Offray color charts available for the grosgrain and the satin.  Click HERE to order!

 We do not have a minimum order, however, for orders under $65, we do charge a non-refundable $10 processing fee.
 
 Our ribbons are sold by the roll in a wide variety of lengths, or put-ups. Depending upon the pattern, color and width combination you are interested in, our put-ups may range from 10 yards to 100 yards.

 Ordering from The Ribbon Retreat Wholesale is as easy as 1-2-3. Please create an account, which is free.  Once you have located a product you are interested in purchasing, click on color, width, roll size and quantity associated with that item. Then click on "Add to Cart". The item will then be transferred to your on-line shopping cart. Once all the items you wish to order have been transferred to your shopping cart, you are ready to check out. Click on the "Shopping Cart" button located at the top of the page. At this time, you can follow the easy to understand prompts on our secure online ordering form to complete the checkout process.

Do you take phone orders?   Yes, we will take your order over the phone if this is a more comfortable method for you.   Just call us at (208) 357-3887.

What do I do if I am having trouble ordering?   We do everything we can to ensure that shopping with us is as simple and pleasant as possible. However, we both know that our computers sometimes have a mind of their own!  If this occurs, please do not hesitate to call. Our staff is happy to take your order. You can contact us by e-mail,

 Once you have successfully completed your online order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. If at any time you need information concerning the status of your order, you can go to "My Account" once you have logged in to our website.  Here you can view your account information, the status of existing orders (including UPS tracking numbers), past orders, billing history, and the patterns which you have most recently purchased. Am I guaranteed to receive every item on my order?  We do our very best to make sure that every one of our customers receives each and every item they ordered. There are instances, however, in which a particular ribbon pattern will become sold out due to high demand.  Please understand that we cannot guarantee that all items on your order will be available. We make every effort to ensure that our inventory is as accurate as possible.

 

   If an item on your order is out of stock, we are unable to keep it on backorder.  Someone will contact you via e-mail and let you know that the item is on backorder and a credit will be issued.

What if I need to make an adjustment to my order?  If this need should arise, our wholesale manager is on standby to help.  Please contact us by e-mail or phone.  We will make every effort to accommodate your requests.  Once the order has been submitted to the warehouse, we are unable to make any changes, unless it is a cancellation.  As long as it hasn't been shipped, we can cancel the order, in most cases.

  In most cases, yes.  However, the manufacturer does have a weaving tolerance of 1/16".  So, some ribbon may measure 1/16" wider or narrower.
