Return Policy

All sales are final.  Returns will not be accepted for voluntary returns should a customer change their mind, etc. or due to customer overstock.

Although all sales are considered final with no returns accepted, sometimes errors do occur.  We take great care to pack and ship your order in excellent condition.  However, if your receiving personnel find any shortages or damage upon arrival, contact customer service at (208) 419-0432 or email M-F 9am - 4 pm MST within 72 hours of receipt.  All returns must have prior authorization.  Merchandise refused or returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and product must be in the original packaging and resalable condition.  Seasonal, custom and closeout products cannot be returned.
