We make every effort to ship quality merchandise without defect. All claims, credits, and returns must have prior authorization from The Ribbon Retreat Wholesale. Returned or refused merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and all merchandise must be returned in original packaging and be of resalable condition.
If you do encounter a problem with your order, please contact Kayla via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (208) 419-0432 within 72 hours of receipt with what you would like to return and the reason for returning it. You will then be given a return authorization number and the address of where to return the ribbon.
Customer will be responsible for the cost of freight when voluntarily returning merchandise.
