Return Policy

We make every effort to ship quality merchandise without defect.  All claims, credits, and returns must have prior authorization from The Ribbon Retreat Wholesale.  Returned or refused merchandise is subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and all merchandise must be returned in original packaging and be of resalable condition. 

If you do encounter a problem with your order, please contact Kayla via email at or by calling (208) 419-0432 within 72 hours of receipt with what you would like to return and the reason for returning it.  You will then be given a return authorization number and the address of where to return the ribbon.

Customer will be responsible for the cost of freight when voluntarily returning merchandise.
